Join Alex, national BBQ champion, well known BBQ instructor and owner of The Barbeque Factory, for a BBQ class focusing on how to barbeque the perfect rack of ribs and tender, delicious chicken. The class will wrap up with a complimentary lunch of ribs and chicken.

Alex Cothell, professional BBQ competitor, KCBS BBQ Competition organizer, Certified BBQ Judge (CBJ) and owner of The Barbeque Factory, is now offering BBQ technique classes at The Barbeque Factory. Alex is a regularly scheduled guest BBQ instructor at The Backyard Barbecue Store in Wilmette, IL. This year, he has been invited to teach a block of BBQ courses for Illinois’ Oakton Community College’s “Cooking With the Chef” series in the spring of 2008.
