Hungry for ribs?
To provide you with the highest quality product, we cook our ribs fresh every day, therefore, we only cook the number of racks we estimate that we will sell that day. Ribs sell quickly, so we strongly encourage you to call The Barbeque Factory early in the day to place your rib order. Feel free to call as early as 7:00 am! We will be happy to make sure that we have fresh, deliciously smoked ribs waiting for you!
